I hereby certify that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge. I
understand that any misrepresentation may result in denial of this loan application. I authorize Legacy Peak Capital and any
lender introduced by Legacy Peak Capital to obtain and verify information as needed to process this application, including
employment, income, credit, and property details.
No fee is charged to obtain the loan terms. A $499 application fee is required only after you have found terms that fit your
needs, accepted them, and signed the loan term sheet to move forward with the process. Upon execution of the term
sheet, you agree to remit the $499 application fee in order to proceed with the loan process. This fee will be refunded in the
event the lender is unable to close the loan. However, if you elect to withdraw, cancel, or otherwise fail to proceed with the
loan after signing the term sheet, the $499 application fee shall be deemed earned and will not be refunded.
I acknowledge that Legacy Peak Capital may introduce me to lenders, investors, financial institutions, or funding sources
(“Introduced Lenders”). I agree that for a period of three (3) years from the date of this application, I will not directly or indirectly
circumvent, bypass, avoid, or transact with any Introduced Lender without the prior written consent of Legacy Peak Capital.
This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining financing, refinancing, or entering into any financial arrangement outside of Legacy
Peak Capital. I further understand that any attempt to circumvent this agreement may result in legal action.
